Ingredients For gran's roast

1 mdbeef roast
-
salt/pepper
-
1 cancream of mushroom/can of water

1 cancream of celery/can of water
-
4-5 mdpotatoes, quartered

1 bagoven cooking bag

2 Tbspflour
How To Make gran's roast

1Salt and pepper roast. Flour oven cooking bag extra well. Put roast in bag, then potatoes, then soups and water.

2Close and secure bag, cut slits in top of bag. Bake at 350 degrees 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
