Ingredients For grandma vicki's meatballs

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 3/4 c
    progresso italian style bread crumbs
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    half and half
  • 1/4 c
    kraft grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c
    yellow onion, grated
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 c
    dried parsley flakes
  • 2 tsp
    dried basil leaves
  • 1 tsp
    dried oregano leaves
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How To Make grandma vicki's meatballs

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Add 1 Tbls of Olive oil to a large glass baking dish (9x13). Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Roll meatballs loosely about the size of a golf ball and place in the baking dish.

    Makes about 17-20 meatballs. Bake for 45 minutes.
