Ingredients For grandma schultz's meatloaf

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    green pepper, chopped
  • 20
    saltine cracker crumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can
    tomato soup

How To Make grandma schultz's meatloaf

  • 1
    Mix together with your hands all of the ingredients except the tomato soup. Place in a loaf pan and cover with tomato soup. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for first hour, then uncover for the last hour.
