I wasn't aware my Grandma had ever written this recipe down, because she never used one to make it. Then, I found it in an old church cookbook with her name as the submitter! Oh happy days!!!

Ingredients For grandma roberts' goulash

1 1/2 lbground beef
-
1 mdonion - minced
-
1 smgreen pepper - minced

2 candiced tomatoes
-
1/4 cketchup
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1 tspsugar
-
1/2 tsporegano, dried

1 Tbspchili powder
-
1 clovegarlic - minced
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup
-
1 cdiced velveeta
-
8 ozpkg of pasta, boiled and drained
How To Make grandma roberts' goulash

1Brown beef with onion and green pepper. Drain.

2Add tomatoes, ketchup, salt, pepper, sugar, oregano, chili powder and garlic. Simmer 15 - 20 minutes.

3Add soup and cheese. Mix well.

4Fold in pasta.

5Pour into casserole dish and bake 15 - 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
