Ingredients For grandma dugas' no-peak stew

  • 1 lb
    beef stew meat
  • 1 or 2 stalk
    celery, cut to bite-size pieces
  • 1/2
    onion, chopped
  • 3
    carrots, cut to bite-size pieces
  • 4
    potatoes, peeled and cut to bite-size pieces
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    tapioca
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 1 c
    tomato juice (personal choice is v-8 juice)

How To Make grandma dugas' no-peak stew

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together in a dutch oven. Cover and bake at 250 degrees for 4 hours.
