i love making this I can cook it in the oven or crock pot and it always falls apart.And I love it when my meet is that tender.

How To Make gramma's pot roast

First in a skillet add add 3 tbsp. olive oil then add roast add meat tenderirzer to both sides and brown on med.to high heat.

After browning out into crock pot add carrots onions and potatoe's and cover with mushroom soup.Along with a cup of water.let simmer
