This has been our favorite meat loaf recipe for a long time. It's also great as meat loaf sliders made with the leftovers.

Ingredients For glazed meat loaf

1/2 cketchup

1/3 cfirmly packed brown sugar

1/4 crealemon lemon juice from concentrate

1 tspdry mustard

1 1/2 lblean ground beef

1 1/2 cfresh bread crumbs, 3 slices

1/4 cfinely chopped onion
-
1egg, slightly beaten
-
1 tspbeef bouillon, instant
How To Make glazed meat loaf

1Preheat oven to 350*

2In small bowl, combine ketchup, sugar, 1 tbsp. of lemon juice, and mustard.

3In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and 1/3 cup ketchup mixture; mix well.

4In shallow baking dish (pie plate or 9 x 13); shape into loaf. Bake 1 hour.

5Pour off fat. Pour remaining ketchup mixture over loaf; bake 10 minutes longer. Refrigerate leftovers.
