This recipe is so easy, and my entire family loves it even my 2 yeare old! To speed it up use a thawed bag of shredded hashbrowns.

1 lblean ground beef

1/2 mdonion, chopped

1/2green pepper, diced

1 1/2 tspsalt, divided

1/2 tsppepper

2 Tbspbutter

6 mdpotatoes, peeled and finely shredded

3eggs, beaten

1/3 cmilk

2 cshredded cheddar or mozarella cheese
How To Make german pizza

1In a 12 inch skillet over medium heart, brown beef with onion, green pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper. Remove meat mixture from skillet and drain fat. Reduce heat to low. Melt butter; spread potatoes over butter and sprinkle with remaining salt. Top with beef mixture. Combine eggs and milk; pour over all. Cook, covered, until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes.

2Top with cheese; cover and heat until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Cut into wedges or squares to serve.
