How To Make gee-gee's meatballs
-
1It is important to use 80/20 hamburg.Place all the meat in a large bowl it should be almost room temp before mixing together due to the fact we are adding olive oil
-
2In a separate bowl you are going to add all your ingredients listed __ except for the meat roasted garlic and oil ,you are going to let the milk absorb into the breadcrumbs. I know it sounds strange but trust me it is must to moist meatballs .Once your breadcrumbs and spices are soften by the milk add them to your meat mixture. Mix well.At this point your mixture should be soft and moist to the touch if not add a little more milk. You are then going to smash the roasted garlic into the olive oil and add to meat mixture, mix well to make sure it is well incorporated into the mix.

3Depending on the size you want scoop out a handful at a time and roll into balls.Place onto a large platter. Here is were everyone does something different in how they cook their meatballs i put mine directly into my sauce which should be at a low boil before adding the meatballs.I leave them at a low boil for about 15 minutes then turn down to low and cook for 3hrs,
