Ingredients For ganado tacos

1 lb90% ground beef
-
1/2 cchopped onions
-
1 tspfinely chopped garlic
-
1 tspsalt and pepper
-
1 tspcumin either ground or seeds
-
1 canroi-tel tomatoes
-
1 pkgcorn tortillas 12 count

2 Tbspflour
-
grated cheddar cheese
-
chopped lettuce
-
sliced avocado or guacamole

salsa of your choice
How To Make ganado tacos

1brown the ground beef, onions and garlic in med . size pan, add the roi-tel tomatoes and spices. Let simmer until juice is almost gone, then add the flour to bind together. Set aside to cool

2Soften tortillas in hot oil and drain on paper towels. Place 1 large tbls of meat on 1/2 tortilla and fold the other half over meat. Place on hot flat griddle and brown on both sides. About 10 Min.

3Dress tacos with lettuce, cheese and avocado slices and enjoy. Serve with salsa on your choice.
