Ingredients For frito meatballs

  • 2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1 c
    fritos, crushed
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can
    water

How To Make frito meatballs

  • 1
    Combine meat, fritos and egg together. Shape into meatballs. Brown meatballs in skillet. Combine the soup and water and pour over browned meatballs. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings.
