Ingredients For french dip subs with beer au jus

2 clovegarlic, minced

1 Tbspbutter

1 lbthinly sliced deli roast beef

2 Tbspspicy ketchup

4 tspworcestershire sauce

1/2 tspdried basil

1/2 tspdried oregano
-
1/4 tsppepper

1 bottle(12oz) dark beer or nonalcoholic beer

6hoagie buns split
How To Make french dip subs with beer au jus

1In a large skillet, saute garlic in butter for 1 minute. Add the roast beef, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, basil, oregano and pepper. Stir in beer. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.

2using a slotted spoon, place beef on buns. Serve with cooking juices.
