This is easy to put together and goes great with french bread

Ingredients For french dip

  • 1 pkg
    dry onion soup mix
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 2 can
    campbell's beef broth
  • 1 bottle
    beer
  • 2 clove
    garlic
  • 1
    sirloin tip roast

How To Make french dip

  • 1
    Combine the first six ingredients in a baking dish or Dutch oven which has a tight fitting lid. Place roast in liquid and bake at 350 for 5 hours. Remove roast and shred if desired.(I just slice it) Grate cheese on juice in individual dishes for dipping. You can also serve on hoagie rolls. ENJOY!
