1 1/2 lbground beef or venison

1 1/2 lblean beef, such as sirloin or round steak, cut into small cubes

1-2 Tbspolive oil (if needed to brown meat)

3 mdonions, diced

3jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced

3 candiced tomatoes (14.5 cans)

2 cantomato juice (48 oz.)

1 1/2 cchili powder
-
1` Tbsppaprika
-
1 Tbspground cumin
-
2 Tbspgarlic powder
-
1 canwolf brand chili - no beans
-
3 canranch style beans (15 oz.)

1 Tbsphoney
-
1-3 Tbspcornmeal (to thicken, as needed)
How To Make fredda's slow cooker chili

1Brown the ground beef and cubed meat.

2In the slow cooker, combine the ground beef, lean beef, onion, peppers, diced tomatoes, tomato juice and spices. Cook on low for six hours.

3Stir in the Wolf Brand Chili, Ranch Style Beans, honey & cornmeal.

4Continue to cook on low for 1-3 hours.
