Ingredients For foiled steak supper

  • 1 lb
    chuck steak, lean
  • 1
    envelope onion soup mix
  • 2-3
    medium potatoes- halved
  • 3
    sliced carrots
  • 1/2
    green epper
  • 1
    medium onion-sliced
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • dash
    salt
  • 2
    stalks of celery-sliced

How To Make foiled steak supper

  • 1
    Tear off 2 1/2 feet of 18" wide Reynolds wrap
  • 2
    Place chuck steak in the middle of the wrap
  • 3
    Sprinkle with onion soup
  • 4
    Cover steak with veggies- as many or as little as you prefer

    Dot veggies with butter
  • 6
    Sprinkle with salt
  • 7
    Fold wrap over mixture leaving a little space for expansion of steam

    Seal foil

    Place on a baking sheet and bake at 450 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or till done
