  • flat iron steak, freshly ground
  • foccacia bread w/jalapeno and cheese
  • fiesta jack cheese
  • fried portabello strips
  • fresh off the vine tomatoes

How To Make flavortown fiesta burger

    Ingredients you will need, plus oil for frying mushrooms, and an indoor or outdoor grill and a meat grinder.

    Flat Iron Steak

    Grind meat for burgers, then form into patties. Slice cheese and tomatoes.

    For FRIED PORTABELLO MUSHROOMS: Mix 1 c of bisquick mix with just enough water to make a pancake like batter. Batter portabello strips and fry in canola oil.

    Season and grill burgers to your liking.

    Slice focaccia bread, layer: meat, cheese, mushrooms and tomatoes. Be prepared to TOTALLY enjoy yourself.
