Ingredients For fireman bob's meatloaf recipe with some interestin

    lean ground beef
  • 1 1/2 c
    corn flakes or quaker oats
  • 1/2 c
    heinz ketchup - or your brand
  • 1 sm
    onion - diced
  • 1/2
    green pepper - diced
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    ground cinnamon
  • salt to taste
