A Friend sent this to me a long time ago... since then, I went into the kitchen and did some adjusting my way... I hope you like it as much as I do....

Ingredients For fireman bob's cincinnati chili done my way...

2 lblean ground beef

1 qtwater
-
1 lgcan - petite diced tomatoes

1 Tbspgarlic powder or 3 cloves of garlic (cloves are best)

2 mdonions - diced small

1 tspcinnamon
-
1 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1 1/2 tspsalt
-
2 tspcumin powder
-
1 1/2 tspvinegar
-
3 Tbspchili powder
-
1 1/2 tspground allspice
-
2bay leaves
-
1 tspground cloves
-
2squares unsweetened chocolate
-
1 tspcelary seeds
-
1/2 tspred pepper flakes
-
1/2 tsphot sauce ( your choice, i always use tabasco )
How To Make fireman bob's cincinnati chili done my way...

1Brown ground beef with onions; add tomatoes, sauce, water, and rest of spices. Cook at least 3-4 hours on simmer without a lid. Stir occasionally ( every 15 to 20 minutes. )

2Chili can be served in a bowl or over spaghetti and even in a bread bowl...with sides of grated extra sharp cheddar cheese, chili beans, and chopped onions to add as you like.
