This hash is great for dinner. I used my friend Chef Adam Feinberg's Everything Rub to create this recipe. His rubs are 2DIE4. Ingredients For feiny's everything steak & bacon hash

1 lbtop sirloin steak, cut in chunks

2 Tbspfeiny's everything rub, divided

2 Tbspscallion olive oil
-
salt to taste

3-4 slicebacon, chopped
-
1 smonion, chopped
-
1/4 ccolorful bell peppers, chopped
-
3garlic cloves, minced
-
3/4 lbmedley fingerling potatoes, cut and boiled for 4-5 mins.

2 Tbspitalian parsley, chopped & divided
-
1/2 tspred pepper flakes
-
12grape tomatoes, quartered
-
4sunny-side up eggs-or favorite
How To Make feiny's everything steak & bacon hash

1Combine steak, 1/2 of the rub, oil & salt to a mixing bowl. Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.

2Meanwhile, heat a large skillet to medium-high heat add bacon pieces and fry for 5 minutes or until bacon is crispy. Remove bacon and set aside

3Toss in onion, peppers, garlic and cook for 5 minutes. Add potatoes and remaining rub and 3/4 parsley; cook for 10-12 minutes turning a few times until potatoes are golden brown. Remove veggies from skillet and set aside.

4In the same skillet, sear steak chunks for 2 minutes on each side. Add bacon, potatoes & veggies back to skillet cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

5Plate up. Add tomatoes. Top with egg and garnish with parsley and a pinch of rub.
