Feed a large amount of people on small budget. This meal is hearty and is great left overs for work/lunch. Hotdish is healthy also. Makes in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients For favorite hotdish

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 2 c
    rice, instant and uncooked
  • 2 can
    green beans
  • 1 can
    mushroom (optional)
  • 1
    onion (optional)
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup

How To Make favorite hotdish

  • 1
    Brown the hamburger and optional onions. Add the cream of mushroom soup plus one can of water. Mix well.

    Add both cans of green beans including the juice. Add can of mushrooms including the juice. Add rice.

    Cook until the rice is tender and the consistancly is not watery. Approximately 15 minutes.
