these are great for a picnic or kids birthday parties . my grand daughter loves these ! i have even made them for my husbands guy night and they are a big hit .

Ingredients For farmhouse barbeque muffins

  • 1-10 oz
    tube refrigerated buttermlik biscuits
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp
    chilli powder
  • 1 c
    ( 4 oz ) shredded chedder cheese

How To Make farmhouse barbeque muffins

  • 1
    separate dough into 10 biscuits ; flatten into 5 inch circles . press each into the bottoms and up the sides of a greased muffin cup ; set aside . in a skillet , brown ground beef ; drain grease . in small bowl mix ketchup ,brown sugar ,vinegar ,and chili powder until smooth . add to meat and stir well .divide meat among biscuit lined muffin cups .sprinkle with cheese . bake at 375 for 18 to 20 minutes or golden brown . cool for 5 minutes before removing them from muffin tin .
