My husband doesn't like the taste of chili powder and he likes "real" meat in his chili. So, I created this recipe just for him. Enjoy!

Ingredients For farmers chili

2 lbbeef stew meat, cubed into bit size pieces

2 canlight red kidney beans, 15 ounces each

1 canblack beans
-
2 canrotel
-
1 canpetite diced tomatoes

1 qttomatoe juice
-
1 mdonion, chopped
-
2 Tbspfresh cilantro, minced

salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make farmers chili

1In a large stockpot, combine all ingredients and cover with enough water to make a soup. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and simmer chili for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

2Serve with fresh salsa (see Speedy Salsa recipe) and Farmer's Cornbread (see recipe) or tortilla chips.
