Ingredients For fajita pita

1 lbbeef - your choice cut into thin strips

1/2 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cdiced tomatoes

1 cvarious bell peppers (see below)

1/4 cchopped yellow onions

1/4 clight sour cream
-
1toufayan low carb pita bread cut in half

1/4 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspblack pepper
-
1 tspseasoned salt
-
1 1/2 tsptony chachere's more spice seasoning

2 Tbspolive oil
How To Make fajita pita

1*** Note I keep a bowl in my freezer of various color bell peppers, yellow, orange, red and green, and I just pull out what I need. Each pepper color has its own distinctive flavor, mixed together is what makes this, but experiment on your own what you like :)

2Put 2 T of Olive oil in a frying pan and put in the Beef strips onions and pepper mix. Add seasonings, and cook to your liking.

3Cut one Toufayan Low-Carb Pita across the center to form 2 pockets.

4Garnish as you like, put in the meat/pepper/onion mixture, put in the tomatoes, sour cream and what ever else you would like such as lettuce, or black olives. Enjoy!
