Ingredients For eve's lasagne

  • 8 oz
    pkg. lasagne noodles uncooked
  • 1 can
    ricotto cheese(15oz.)
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 jar
    pasta sauce of your choice
  • 1 lb
    ground chuck, cooked and drained
  • 2 c
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • dash
    parsley
  • dash
    salt and pepper
  • 1 clove
    garlic,minced
  • 1
    med. onion, chopped

How To Make eve's lasagne

  • 1
    Brown ground chuck, with onion. Drain. Preheat oven to 350. In med. bowl combine ricotta, parmesan, garlic, salt and pepper and eggs. Mix well. In a 9x13 pan, spread 1 cup of pasta sauce. Layer with half of the uncooked lasagne noodles, ricotta mixture, ground chuck, remaining pasta sauce and mozzarella. Repeat layering. Top with parsley. Cover tightly with foil, bake covered 1 hour. Uncover and bake an additional 15 min. Let stand 10 min. before serving.
