Ingredients For eve's lasagne

8 ozpkg. lasagne noodles uncooked

1 canricotto cheese(15oz.)

1/2 cparmesan cheese, grated

2eggs
-
2 jarpasta sauce of your choice

1 lbground chuck, cooked and drained

2 cmozzarella cheese, shredded
-
dashparsley
-
dashsalt and pepper
-
1 clovegarlic,minced

1med. onion, chopped
How To Make eve's lasagne

1Brown ground chuck, with onion. Drain. Preheat oven to 350. In med. bowl combine ricotta, parmesan, garlic, salt and pepper and eggs. Mix well. In a 9x13 pan, spread 1 cup of pasta sauce. Layer with half of the uncooked lasagne noodles, ricotta mixture, ground chuck, remaining pasta sauce and mozzarella. Repeat layering. Top with parsley. Cover tightly with foil, bake covered 1 hour. Uncover and bake an additional 15 min. Let stand 10 min. before serving.
