Instead of a "loaf" we prefer individual meatloaf "lumps", or burger shaped. This is delicious and family approved.

Ingredients For evan's meatloaf "lumps"

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 c
    oats
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/2 c
    catsup
  • 1/4 c
    chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    steak sauce
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    basil
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • FOR THE SAUCE
  • 1/2 c
    catsup
  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    ground mustard

How To Make evan's meatloaf "lumps"

  • 1
    Mix meat ingredients well. Pat into individual "lumps" and make an indention in center.

    put sauce in indention's.

    Bake at 350 degrees until internal temperature is 160 degrees. Check at around 1 hour. (I use a jelly roll pan with a cookie rack inside so all drips are in the pan).
