Instead of a "loaf" we prefer individual meatloaf "lumps", or burger shaped. This is delicious and family approved.

1/2 cchopped onion

- FOR THE SAUCE

1/2 ccatsup

3 Tbspbrown sugar

1 tspground mustard
How To Make evan's meatloaf "lumps"

1Mix meat ingredients well. Pat into individual "lumps" and make an indention in center.

2put sauce in indention's.

3Bake at 350 degrees until internal temperature is 160 degrees. Check at around 1 hour. (I use a jelly roll pan with a cookie rack inside so all drips are in the pan).
