My Mother showed me how to make these back in the 70's. This is one of my boys favorite recipe. I make these once a month.

Ingredients For enchilidas

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1
    onion chopped
  • 1 pkg
    flour tortillas 20 in pkg
  • 3 can
    enchilada sauce mild
  • 1 pkg
    grated colby monterey jack cheese

How To Make enchilidas

  • 1
    Brown ground beef and onion in fry pan. Drain fat .
  • 2
    Open enchilida sauce and heat in a smaller fry pan. Grab a cookie sheet dip flour tortillas in sauce place one at a time on cookie sheet. with slotted spoon scoop ground beef mixture inside tortilla a grated cheese and roll up. repeat .till all tortillas are on pan .

    pour left over sauce on enchillidas and sprinkle with cheese. pre heat oven to 350 heat in oven until cheese is melted. 5-10 minutes.
