Ingredients For enchiladas

1-2 lbhamburger
-
1-2 lbcheese, shredded cheddar and mozzerella

1 pkgenchilada seasoning dry mix

1 can28 ounce tomato sauce
-
1 1/2 cwater
-
1green pepper, chopped as desired
-
1onion, chopped as desired
-
1 candiced tomatoes as desired
-
1 pkgtortillas, flour (package of 10) large diameter
- GARNISH
-
shredded lettuce
-
diced, fresh tomatoes
-
sour cream
-
guacamole
-
ripe olives, sliced
How To Make enchiladas

1Brown hamburger, chopped onion, peppers if using. Drain

2Mix in enchilada dry mix, tomato sauce, water stir well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Simmer until veggies are tender ( if you add them to the sauce).

3Pour half of sauce into 9x13 baking dish and sprinkle half of the cheese on top of the sauce.

4Spoon meat sauce on tortilla, roll up and place in pan on top of sauce and cheese. Repeat with all tortilla's until all used.

5Pour remaining sauce and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with garnishes as desired.
