Ingredients For enchiladas
- SAUCE:

1 cantomato sauce
-
1 canenchilada sauce
- ENCHILADAS:

1 lbground beef
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 lbcheddar cheese (reserve 1 cup)

1/4 conions, chopped

6tortillas
How To Make enchiladas

1Combine tomato sauce and enchilada sauce in medium bowl.

2Brown ground beef; drain. Add salt, cheese, and onions.

3Dip tortillas in sauce. Add meat and roll. Lay folded side down in square casserole dish.

4Pour 1 cup of sauce and 1 cup of cheese over enchiladas. Bake at 350*F for 20 minutes.
