Ingredients For enchilada pie

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can
    4-oz. can diced mild green chiles
  • 1 md
    onion, diced
  • 1 c
    sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6-8
    corn tortillas

How To Make enchilada pie

  • 1
    Brown ground beef and drain well. Return to pan and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

    Add chilies, onion and soup along with 1 cup water. Mix well and simmer. Feel free to add additional spices to taste.

    Soften tortillas in oil just long enough to make them pliable.
  • 4
    Arrange pie by layers beginning with tortillas, meat mixture, and cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350 until bubbly and cheese is melted.
