Ingredients For enchilada pie

1 lbground beef

1 cancream of chicken soup

1 can4-oz. can diced mild green chiles

1 mdonion, diced

1 csharp cheddar cheese, shredded

6-8corn tortillas
How To Make enchilada pie

1Brown ground beef and drain well. Return to pan and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

2Add chilies, onion and soup along with 1 cup water. Mix well and simmer. Feel free to add additional spices to taste.

3Soften tortillas in oil just long enough to make them pliable.

4Arrange pie by layers beginning with tortillas, meat mixture, and cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350 until bubbly and cheese is melted.
