Ingredients For enchilada pie

1 1/2 lbground beef

1/2 lbmonterey jack cheese, grated

1/2 lbgrated cheddar cheese

1 pkgtortillas
-
3/4 cmilk
-
1 canenchilada sauce
-
1 cangreen chile peppers, chopped
-
1 cancream of chicken soup
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup
-
1 lgchopped onion
-
1 ptsour cream
How To Make enchilada pie

1Brown meat and chopped onion in a skillet and season with salt and pepper to taste.

2Add soups, green chilies, enchilada sauce and milk.

3Line a 9x13 inch pan with 6 tortillas and top with half the meat mixture and half the cheeses.

4Repeat layers.

5Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes; cool slightly and cut into squares to serve.

6Top each square with a dab of sour cream.
