Ingredients For enchilada casserole

  • 1 lb
    ground beef, browned and drained
  • 2 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 6 oz
    evaporated milk
  • 1 can
    enchilada sauce
  • 1 - 2 c
    grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 pkg
    tostito chips

How To Make enchilada casserole

  • 1
    In a 9 x 13" pan, layer the Tostitos on the bottom. Mix beef, soup, milk and enchilada sauce together and cook until bubbly. Pour over Tostito chips. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes. ENJOY!
