I know there are quite a few recipes for this out there; this one is a little different that my family loves. This was a staple when they were growing up

Ingredients For enchilada casserole

1 lbground beef
-
1 cancream of mushroom soup
-
1 canenchilada sauce (14 oz)

1/2 conion, chopped

1 canrotel
-
1 ccolby jack cheese, shredded

tortilla chips
-
1/2 tspblack pepper
-
1/2 tspcumin
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
How To Make enchilada casserole

1Brown ground beef, onions, pepper, cumin and garlic. Cook until done (pink is gone); drain off grease; stir in green chiles

2Add soup and sauce; stir until all combined and heated through

3In greased 9x13 pan, sprinkle crushed tortillas to cover bottom of pan.

4Pour beef/soup mixture off tortillas and sprinkle with shredded cheese
-
5Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
