Forget to lay out dinner? No problem. Just make sure you have a meat thermometer to test for "doneness." We usually have this with mashed potatoes or rice and there are rarely leftovers. Enjoy!

Ingredients For emergency meatloaf

  • 2 lb
    frozen ground beef
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    sliced mushrooms
  • 1 pkg
    brown gravy mix

How To Make emergency meatloaf

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350'F. Spray baking dish with cooking spray and put frozen ground beef in dish.

    Sprinkle gravy packet over meat. Place mushrooms over gravy packet, spoon soup over all. DO NOT STIR!

    Cover and bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes, then test with meat thermometer. When meat reaches 160' F, meatloaf is ready

    You may want to spoon gravy over meatloaf after the first hour and again before serving.
