Ingredients For easy taco skillet meal

1 lb ground beef

1 pint of tomato juice

1 c. uncooked rice

1c. cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 c. water

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 pkg. taco seasoning
How To Make easy taco skillet meal

1brown beef in a large skillet with lid

2Add tomato juice, water, taco seasoning,and rice.

3Simmer 45 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring several times. Top with shredded cheese.

4Serve with shredded lettuce, onions, sour cream, and salsa.
