1-1/2 lbflank steak, cut in thin strips

1/4 ccornstarch

2 Tbspolive oil

1/2 tspgarlic, minced

3/4 csoy sauce, low sodium

3/4 cwater
-
3/4 cbrown sugar

1 ccarrots, grated
-
green onion, garnish

brown rice, cooked
How To Make easy slow cooker mongolian beef

1In ziplock bag, add flank steak strips and cornstarch. Shake to coat.

2In medium bowl, combine oil, garlic, soy sauce, water, brown sugar & carrots. Stir. Add coated flank steak and stir until coated in sauce.

3Place all in slow cooker and cook on high 2-3 hours or on low 4-5 hours until cooked throughout.

4Can serve over rice and garnish with green onions if desired.
