Ingredients For easy saucey hamburger steaks

1 1/2 lbground beef

1 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tsponion powder
-
1/2 tspground black pepper

2 Tbspbutter, unsalted

1 smonion, sliced

1 canhealthy cream of mushroom soup

1 1/4 cwater
-
1/2 cmilk
-
2 tspbeef bouillon granules
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 dashblack pepper
How To Make easy saucey hamburger steaks

1Combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper in large bowl. Form into six patties. In a large skillet, at medium heat, brown the patties on both sides.

2Remove the patties from skillet and drain off the remaining fat. Add the butter to the skillet and when melted; add the sliced onions and saute at medium heat until softened and browned slightly.

3Stir in the can of cream of mushroom soup, water, milk, beef bouillon granules and worcestershire sauce. Add a dash of pepper if desired. Return beef patties to skillet and spoon the sauce over each. On low heat, covered; simmer for about 20 to 30 minutes.

4Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or noodles of your choice.
