  • 1-2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    onion soup mix
  • 1 can
    crean of mushroom soup
  • 1
    egg

How To Make easy salsibury steak

  • 1
    mix onion soup and egg into ground beef form mixture into individual patties
  • 2
    fry patties until golden brown and done to taste (medium-well to well preferred) remove from pan and remove as much drippings as possible
  • 3
    return patties to pan and smother with cream of mushroom soup (may want to add a little water or milk to thin soup mixture to a gravy type constancy) Serve with or over rice or potatoes
