I have always ordered Pepper Steak when we went out to eat. I was always afraid to try making it at home. What if I messed it up? After all Pepper Steak is just too good a meal to goof up. Long story short, I started to sample different recipes and find this works for me and my family. It is easy to prep and easier to cook. Enjoy
