Ingredients For easy mexican casserole

1 lbground beef

2 csalsa

1 (16 oz.) canchili beans, drained (i used kidney beans)

3 ctortilla chips, crushed

2 csour cream
-
1 (2 oz.) cansliced black olives, drained

1/2 cchopped green onion (i used a chopped yellow onion)

1/2 cfresh tomato (i used 1 can of diced tomatoes)

2 cshredded cheddar cheese
How To Make easy mexican casserole

1Preheat oven to 350 F.

2In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until no longer pink; stir in salsa, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed; stir in beans and heat through.

3Spray a 9 X 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray; spread crushed tortilla chips in dish; spoon beef mixture over chips.

4Spread sour cream over beef; sprinkle olives, green onion and tomato over sour cream; top with Cheddar cheese.

5Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
