Ingredients For easy meatloaf

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    stuffing mix
  • 1 c
    water
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c
    barbecue sauce

How To Make easy meatloaf

  • 1
    Heat oven to 375 F. Mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup barbecue sause. Shape meat into a loaf pan in 13 x 9 pan. Top with BBQ sauce. Bake for 1 hour.
