Ingredients For easy garlic beef & broccoli

1 pkgfrozen philly steak meat

3 clovegarlic, minced

2 cfrozen broccoli florets

1 tspcilantro, dried or 1 tbsp fresh, torn

1/4 tspginger powder
-
1 Tbspcornstarch
-
scant 1/4 cbrown sugar, not packed
-
approx. 3 Tbspgluten-free soy sauce (lachoy or sanj)

1 Tbsplime juice
-
pinchcayenne pepper
-
1/2 tspblack pepper, or to taste
-
pinchground cloves or allspice
-
cooked rice
How To Make easy garlic beef & broccoli

1Gather ingredients. Heat large non-stick frying pan to med-high. Start cooking rice. While rice is cooking, place frozen Philly steak patties into pan; cook 2-4 minutes until brown on bottom, flip patties. Add next 3 ingredients; cook until patties are loose and almost cooked, approx. 1-2 minutes. Break apart patties and cook through. Drain. Add next 2 ingredients, coat meat mixture thouroughly. Add next 6 ingredients, stir and cook for about a minute, until slightly thickened. Serve over fluffed & steamed rice (when rice is done, you should be done cooking!).
