My kids always ask me to make these when they are visiting or I am at their house. These have been on the menu for many Birthday suppers throughout the years!

Ingredients For easy fried burritos

5 lbhamburger
-
2 lgonions, yellow, medium
-
1 cangreen chiles
-
1/2 cketchup
-
1 pkgtaco seasoning mix

24flour tortillas

1/2 pkgvelveta cheese
How To Make easy fried burritos

1Brown hamburger with onions and drain. Add green chiles, taco seasoning, and ketchup; simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from stove and let cool a little before spooning on tortillas.

2Cut velveta into slices. Put a large spoonful of meat in the middle of tortilla and top with half a slice of Velveta. Roll tortillas and fry in electric skillet with 1/2" oil until golden brown.

3As the burrito's come out of the skillet drain on cookie sheet covered with paper towels to soak up any extra oil. Put a layer of paper towels between layers of burritos. Bake in oven at 200' to keep warm until served.
