Ingredients For easy crockpot beef roast

    beef roast (london broil, chuck, round, etc.)
  • 1 pkg
    brown gravy mix
  • 1 pkg
    ranch dressing mix
  • 1 pkg
    italian dressing mix
  • 1 1/2 c
    water
  • 1 pkg
    fresh sliced baby bella mushrooms (optional)

How To Make easy crockpot beef roast

    Place roast in crock-pot.

    Add mushrooms to crockpot (optional). Mix all the dry ingredients with the 1-1/2 cups water and pour over roast and mushrooms.

    Pour the mixture over roast and cook on low six to eight hours depending on the size of your roast and your crockpot.

    Serve with mashed potatoes and french bread to soak up the delicious gravy. Add vegetable and salad to complete the meal.
