Ingredients For easy beef au poivre

1 lbground beef

1 smonion, chopped

1 Tbspgarlic, minced

salt & pepper to taste

2 cbeef broth
-
1/2 cheavy cream
-
1 Tbspfresh parsley flakes, chopped

1 crice
How To Make easy beef au poivre

1Brown meat with onions & garlic, drain. Add salt & pepper. Add 1/2 cup of broth & rice. Gradually add remaining broth as rice cooks until rice is tender.

2Add cream & parsely flakes. Allow to thicken slightly. Serve over slice of bread.

3Note: you can add additional broth & cream to make more of the sauce if you would like. Just give it time to thicken a little.
