My husband LOVES meatloaf. I don't think he's met a meatloaf he hasn't liked. And he's always willing to try a new one. This one comes from our church's cookbook, entered by our friend (who's married to Dwayne, see), and is one of the moistest I've ever had. She's, without doubt, the Cookie Queen (making them every Sunday for after-church), and, it seems, she makes a mean meatloaf, too!

Ingredients For dwayne's favorite meat loaf
- MEAT LOAF:

1 1/2 lbground beef

1 coatmeal

1 ctomato sauce

1/4 conion, chopped

1 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

2eggs, beaten
- TOPPING:

1/2 cketchup

1/4 cbrown sugar

1/2 tspmustard

1/4 tspnutmeg
How To Make dwayne's favorite meat loaf

1Mix all meat loaf ingredients together, until thoroughly combined. Bake at 350*F for 50 - 60 minutes in loaf pans. Ten minutes before serving remove from oven and pour off grease.

2Stir together topping and spread over cooked meat loaf. Return to oven for 10 minutes.
