12carrots, quartered

How To Make dutch casserole

1Melt shortening. Brown meat in casserole. Remove meat Set aside.

2Stir in flour, salt, pepper and seasonings. Add soup, water and worcestershire sauce. Boil for 2 minutes.

3Add caraway seeds and browned meat. Arrange vegetables over meat. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
