dried beef casserole

I was asked to make a main dish for a breakfast meeting at work a few years ago. Everyone always made stratas and french toast casseroles. I played around with a few recipes I had and decided to try something on the cream dried beef side. I came up with this. Instead of being a french toast casserole, I just added the dried beef and some cheese to my plain bread and ended up with a cream dried beef cassrole. Everyone raved over this! Those that couldn't eat pork appreciated the beef instead of bacon or sausage.
