Slow Cooker Crock Pot

2 clight brown sugar

2 Tbspflour or cornstarch

4 Tbspground dry mustard

2 Tbspvinegar
-
1/2 cdefrosted and undiluted orange juice concentrate

2 pkgHillshire Farms "Little Smokies" cocktail wieners (14 oz each)
How To Make drema's orange glaze cocktail wieners

1Preheat and set a Crock Pot or other slow cooker, chaffing dish, or fondue pot on the lowest setting.

2In a large mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar, flour, and mustard.

3Make a well and gradually add in the vinegar and orange juice. Stir well.

4Transfer the mixture to the Crock Pot or heat source.

5Add the cocktail wieners.

6Stir gently. If becomes too thick, add small amounts of diluted orange juice with water until you reach the correct consistency of a glaze.

7Cook on low until thoroughly heated, about 30 minutes.

8* Tip: I make the glaze ahead of time and allow it to heat over med-high, then reduce the heat to low and add the cocktail wieners, allowing them to cook 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
