Ingredients For double decker burgers

2 lbground beef

6hamburger buns

6 sliceonion

lettuce, shredded

4 tspmustard

4 tspdill pickle relish

3 Tbspmayonnaise

1.5 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 tsppepper

1 tspsalt

2 tspworcestershire sauce

2eggs, beaten

1/4 conion, chopped

6 slicetomato
How To Make double decker burgers

1In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients; mix well.

2Shape into 12 thin patties.

3Broil 4 inches from the heat for 7-8 minutes on each side or until no longer pink.

4In a small bowl, combine cheese, mayonnaise, mustard and relish; mix well.

5Spoon 2 tablespoons of mixture on each burger.

6Return to the broiler just until cheese softens.

7Place lettuce and onion on bottom of buns; top each with two burgers, tomato and top of bun.
