Ingredients For dorito enchilada casserole

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 c
    picante sauce or salsa
  • 1 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    enchilada sauce
  • 1 1/2 c
    grated cheese (cheddar or a mix)
  • nacho flavored doritos

How To Make dorito enchilada casserole

  • 1
    Brown ground beef. Drain grease. Add picante sauce and taco seasoning and heat through.

    Layer a 9x13 baking dish with Doritos. Evenly spread ground beef mixture over Doritos. In bowl, combine enchilada sauce and cream of mushroom soup; pour soup mixture over ground beef. Top with additional layer of Doritos. Finally, top with cheese.

    Bake at 375 for 20-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is slightly browned.
